CompTIA certifications or equivalent representation of experience is highly desirable.

DICOM HL7 HIPAA HiTRUST experience a plus

General Computer Hardware

• Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of common hardware interfaces
• Capable of evaluating embedded computers for specific software loads

Linux

• OS installation and configuration
• CRON job setup and testing
  Networking configuration (including VPN clients)
  Service configuration (systemd)
• Samba/CIFS (server/client config)
  SSH (server/client and forwarding)
  User/Permission management
  Scripting (BASH, Python a plus)
• Ansible a plus

Networking

• General Gateway/Routing/Managed Switch configuration
• Experience deploying (video) devices utilizing various streaming protocols
• VPN configuration (Server/Client and Site to Site, Wireguard)
  Troubleshooting (Knowledge of OSI layers etc)
  VLAN configuration
• Firewalls (stateless/stateful)
  SEIM or log aggregation implementation a huge plus
