Your Skill Deserves Recognition.
Each year, thousands of surgical videos are posted online with little structure, validation, or educational value. The VSURGIC Certified Surgeon Program (CSP) fills this gap by offering a peer-reviewed certification pathway grounded in real surgical performance—not case volume, titles, or affiliations. Built on our HIPAA-compliant, patented platform, the program allows verified surgeons to submit video evidence of their procedures, receive structured feedback from board-certified peers, and gain visibility through our exclusive searchable surgeon directory.
The goal: elevate surgical standards, increase trusted referrals.

Becoming a VSURGIC Certified Surgeon.
VSURGIC Certification is a peer-reviewed, category-specific designation that reflects real surgical skill. Surgeons record and submit case videos for review by board-certified peers in the same field.
At the core of the Certified Surgeon Program is our proprietary procedure review method and algorithm, designed to uphold the highest standards of fairness while minimizing the burden on the surgeon. By streamlining the process, we reduce surgeon time commitment while maintaining up-to-date, objective, peer-reviewed evaluations aligned with real-world surgical excellence.
All surgical specialties are welcome to request participation in the program.

A Smarter Way to Generate Leads
Traditional marketing relies on expensive ads, per-lead fees, and generic listings with no real insight into your capabilities. The Certified Surgeon Program flips the model—offering a one-time annual fee and public recognition based on real surgical skill. Instead of chasing leads, Certified Surgeons attract trust and credibility by letting their work speak for itself. In a saturated market, CSP provides a clear differentiator—objective peer-reviewed validation that elevates your reputation and drives higher-quality referrals.
Video Capture with VSURGIC
To ensure consistency, security, and educational integrity, the Certified Surgeon Program only accepts footage captured using the VSURGIC platform.
This requirement:
Ensures seamless HIPAA-compliant routing and storage within our secure system
Delivers consistent image quality, surgical perspectives, and framing, removing variability from third-party capture devices
Allows our reviewers to fairly and accurately evaluate procedures based on standardized content
Capture options include:
1. COR (Connected Operating Room) Install
Ideal for high-volume ORs, COR is a fixed installation that automatically captures video and audio from scopes, cameras, and surgical monitors. It integrates directly with the hospital’s existing AV and EMR systems. Perfect for academic centers and teaching hospitals. The COR system can accept surgical scope and robotics feeds from within the OR.
2. Rapid Connect
A portable, plug-and-play capture system. Ideal for outpatient settings, ambulatory surgical centers, or any location where portability and ease-of-use are critical. Rapid Connect records, encrypts, and uploads directly to the VSURGIC cloud and facilitates live streaming. Rapid Connect can accept surgical scope and robotics feeds from within the OR.
3. CUTS Mobile App
VSURGIC’s mobile webapp for iPhone or Android is designed for capturing open procedures. Lightweight and simple to use, CUTS is a good choice for handheld or tripod-based recordings in environments without integrated equipment.
All of the above capture methods are HIPAA-compliant, secure, and do not store data on local devices. Footage is uploaded directly to the cloud for review. For more information on the approved capture mechanisms visit the Products section in the header.
